First and the most important thing is to have the site cleaned. Once you are sure it is clean the request for review can be submitted to Google via Google Search Console (you must have the site verified within that console).

In general, from when it is submitted for review it usually takes approx. 24 hours for the review to be completed by Google. Though, this time can greatly vary from case to case and there were cases where even Google states they will review it in the following weeks.
