Cyberinsurance - How do I make a claim?

Firstly you must have an active Cyber Insurance policy. If not sure that is the case you can either log to our Payment dash or reach out to us by emailing [email protected] or initiate a chat on the website.

If you have a valid and ongoing Cyber Insurance policy simply email [email protected] and initate your claim. Your website will be processed in the shortest possible period. We advise you to have your hosting's access details (user and password) at hand as we will likely ask you to provide it so we can scan and clean the website if needed.
